RETURN POLICY

We check in and inspect every item upon arrival to our facility, and again post-production, prior to shipping.

Orders only ship when all items are 100% accounted for.

If you encounter an item that has a factory flaw or misprint, contact your sales representative

or email info@zimmzang.com within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
